000webhost database?

ok i want to make a website for my server with 000webhost how do i put a database on 000webhost like the localhost thing and wen i put root and pass and host and shit wat would i put would i still put localhost root and and my pass?

well i am using 00webhost atm and and it says phpmyadmin on the control panel

p.s. dont think us should host ur server from there webserver he would either ban u or ur ip ban ya just to let ya no
