SOLVED anyone wana know how this was achieved ill help you
open elements 54 = ENHANCEMENT STONES / STAR CRYSTAL
in the list you will see success all across the board you only need to edit
the 1st 12..
1ST SUCCESS YOU SEE IS LVL 1
2ND SUCCESS YOU SEE IS LVL 2
ALL THE WAY DOWN TO LVL 12
change the 1st 12 SUCCESS to (1)
save copy to server / client
JOB DONE
