Well, I was tired of using voule for my server while im at work. So I made my own auto restarter.
I must say, its very basic, but might be the best one to use. Doesn't even need "tskill" (which is retarded in the first place)
anyway heres a pic:

And if this is in the wrong section, I'm truely sorry... I figured since the programs soul purpose is RSPS related I'd put her here. Move if you wish Dan.
INSERT THIS INTO WHATEVER FOLDER HAS THE Run.bat IN IT, THATS WHAT IT RUNS.
