Questions. Ja was released files from the chaos arena? The NPC for sale of items already has some files too? that you place your items for sale!​

There are no files for chaos areana as far as i know. One or two people have claimed to have them but i have never seen any proof (yet).

We can't edit npc shops because we can't edit enc files. If you mean the empty shops i have fixed the MF one in my unified patch (development section) and i will do the FT one soon unless somebody else does it first.
