how do i make 3 realms work on sql?

Wouldn't it help if you mention for what server you want to set it up?
Anyway, for kobold I have clearly explained it 100 times, so if you're looking for info on how to set up kobold, suggest you hit search (I'm really not going to type it again...)

Now...if you are a smart guy, just looking at kobold config might help you figure it out for mangos; they are not that different

uhm.... i ask myself the same question but i doubt it'l work by myself... i use mangos for 1.12.1 and i think that i just need to change the realmd to something else and the server so i have 3 realms open and 3 world servers open, then u need to make sure the new server loads the right files and the file loads the new server.... kinda hard i gues... but why u need more server, unless ur a 24H host ( wich i am not ) then i should suggest that only if u have over 100 people to do more then 1 realm so it wont overload.

How do you figure your server is going to open 1 and the same port using 3 different exe's ?? This is NOT possible with TCP/IP.

So...this is exactly my point; you are asking how to set it up, but don't even know how TCP/IP works?
You do realise this makes explaining very difficult?? You really need some basic understanding of TCP/DNS etc....(and if you had that, you would also have found your answer on some of the million post asking the same question)

What you discribe is not multi-realm, but paralel running realms. For multirealm, you need 1 Realm server, and multiple worldservers.

FYI we host 5 servers on our multi-realm (kobold though) :jester:
