{360}Halo 3

We all know we are waiting for Halo 3 to come out on the 360, From what you have read, or seen on the web, heard irl, or anything in that sort, what do you expect from it? Not making it a poll, just post either 1-100, 1 being the worst (i'll hate it), and 100 being ZOMG HALO THREEEE. Yes i know of all the sites, im not making this post to know the updates without looking it up, but how many people are looking forward to it.

Looks good. The multiplayer should kick ass along with the story. Though for a 3rd gen x360 game the graphics are a little lacking, not saying they are not good and all. They are just not up to the standards that GoW set.

Halo was never impressive imo, i guess a rainbow of Master Chiefs will do that to you. Some games just don't go for certain graphics, because i'm sure they could do it if they wanted.

I'm sure i will like it, but i'm definetly not obsessed, infact i wasn't even sure if i was going to pre-order game, wanting to wait for reviews first, but then that offer on a site, Halo 3 + 12 months gold for 60 euro, while normally each costs 60 alone, but they screwed up.

Many critics and Halo fan have complained about the graphics in Halo 3, I was a little disappointed myself as well. But Halo 1 and 2 have created a powerful storyline for Halo 3 which is the major hype itself. Bungie has previously said that MP isn't the main focus in Halo 3. So Halo 3 has its pros and cons but overall it is the gold of all games and a trilogy to die for.

well Wii is Next gen and doesnt have amazing graphics like GOW, im sure bungie got the point. games are not all about graphics. I played the beta, and read the reviews from EGM magazine. I was blown away...THE ELEPHANT!! thats amazing, bungie has done it, hands DOWN! oh yeah, its all about the gameplay! 1000000 out of 100

well they still have to keep the Halo feel to it. totally reinventing the graphics would ruin that. they are pretty insanely detailed tho. I mean they tested and animated every bullet and every possible impact point and it jsut seems like they went insane. I'm totally looking forward to Halo 3. Simply cannot wait for something to lighten up my year of hell.

Thanks for the replies guys - Myself i think around 87-90, Just to add, What would you think of a more orientated Xbox live with halo, such as Lifetime kills, from what iv heard this is not there, i havent played Xbox live halo 1 or 2 myself so if its there, prove me wrong.

If anyone has a full and detailed video on the design of Halo 3, from really anywhere, feel free to post it. Any sites that you have seen it in, just post that and let me know, i'll search for it. Anything really giving up-to-date, day-to-day updates of Halo 3.

Yeah well, Halo 3 has been hyped for months, things coming out bit by bit, but just have to remember, looking at the trailors doesnt say much for the game, gameplay i mean. They could of worked for a month on the trailor and a few months on the gameplay, who knows, unless your a authority on the subject, we dont know much. The beta says something but its still not the levels, the full weapons, the full everything.

I'm not talking about changing the art style. That would kill it. What I'm talking about is increasing the texture quality. Which will increase the small detail.

As right now the textures on the game are good but not great. The Xenos GPU that the X360 uses is a very powerful card that does complex textures with ease.

So it would have been good if they had their texture artists spent some extra time adding more details.
