4.4 Ingame Lag?

I'm about to release a 4.4 server but every time I log in the game is realllly choppy where the background wont load and images trail. Is this because i'm hosting it from the same computer or a database problem?

Actually it was my client. I downloaded the 4.402 english one instread and it works.

I was sicking tiered waiting for the l2j team to finish there project so i decided to finish it for them. It took me couple of weeks but i managed it. Everything works perfect no bugs nothing
