4.4 Install help ~~~

Me it wants knowing the redmoonserver file setup of 4.4 ver ....
The Install.txt the file to be becoming English and the contents to be simple, It understands, it is strenuous....
The Install translate a file with the Korean alphabet and to raise...
When sql2000 the setup, (local) the server does not become input...

help Me plz!
