If you want say skill 7-237 you can download client ep9 and use it with source this

if this set to 25 all lines will be unlock? or we need backpack expansion card to unlock it?

But be careful, if you edit your inventory using ep6 GMC there will be some bugs when you upgrade the InvenLine. some items may gone missing or some items will be randomly inserted :sneaky2:

As i say why you don't use client available skill 7-237

you just need copy charclass, classconst, charset and comment.ini replace glogic in client available skill 7-237

it is easy for whoever dev ran
