Change the IP of dev.dll to your ip using HexWorkshop or any editor. In the main post read it they give the guide.

Log -> WorldSvr_01_01.log

have you forwarder all of the necessary ports? recheck all IP, username and password,..

i've setting up to 374 version (version on cabalmain.exe OK, version on LoginSvr_01.ini OK, Version on SQL table OK, IP in DevPack.dll OK)
But wen I try to connect, log server tell me, your client is 420 LOL, where is that!?

If i change all to 420 version, works fine

I already wrote above. you can't change almost anything in these files. everything is in dll! to change it is necessary to have source cconfig and zdisplay!
