A few problems i would love help with.

Okay. So i got my server online. YAY. But now. When i go to the register page and register. no accounts are added to the navcat file.
another presenting problem is that when i try to login to the server it just says connection.. and leaves it at that for a long time.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Okay. I tried changing the connection to the ip of my hamichi and that didnt work. And the registration page never adds the people no matter what i try. Anyone got a idea.
