a few questions and glitchs

hey i have a few questions about my private server?

when i go to luna to kill moonchild, the moonchild is a large salamander flame how can i fix it?

my gm's dont have GM by thier name and their name isn't blue but there acces lvl is 300..how can i fix it?

when we fight it doesnt do all damage like it should i think, how can i fix it?

when we get buffs additional damage buff doesnt work and how can i fix that?

question 4: Additional damage isn't even in R.O.S.E. evolution...

Rofl... Additional damage isn't in Rose Evolution. If so, please tell me where to find it. I'm 100% sure its not there.

yeah it's in the NA Evo, the clerics there always buff me and they give me additional damage...
