A friend is trying to connect to my server but cant pass the server screen. L2J

He can create an account, but cant pass the server selection screen. in the mean time i get a error in the login server console :


WARN : Object of class [com.l2jfree.loginserver.beans.Accounts] with identifier
[alex905] : not found

that "alex905" is the username he created, but i dont know why he cant pass the server screen.
any help would be appreciated

did you set autocreate accounts on true?
