A lots of bug? MEGA GUIDE Version

I'll used the MEGA GUILD... well.. first.. sometimes.. the first job cant do

warren dont give me anything =/

second.. i click in some npc's and dont show nothing... and sometime later.. close npc..

world server crash sometimes.. when my players are playng.. dont know why =/

Well.. i think is it...

The World server get some uncknown packets...
my server is NA 128 full updated...

If somebody can send me a DB without error... i'm really apreciate...

there should be lesser bugs or the bugs that u have now
will be fixed there but new bugs rise.

yeah im using a random pvp server and were trying to fix bugs.. lots of bugs like money isnt showing in bag but u get money but it isnt showing.. we cant talk at all not whisper not in general chat no guilds or Braodcast...if anyone could link me to something that would help or tell me hwo to fizx some of these things id appreciate it so much...also when we invite eahcother to party we automatically get critical error and can no longer onto that charactter.. .... quest items dont drop.. please please help no info on net that will help... thanks!!!
