A question

Hello all,
Wanted to ask:

1. Is it possible to make an epic wendor in a custom position? If so, how?
2. If so, is it possible to change the level requirement of the epic items?
3. Is it possible to make it so the epic wendor sells epics from say raids? If so, how?

All very possible if you use some commen sense and use a search Button, there are plenty of itemcreators out here and vendors can easily be made by addin records in the creatures and npc_vendor templates. Really can't be bothered to go into detail cause you lacked to give a lot of info and most questions have been answered before.
