THE PROBLEM YOU ARE FACING IS
THE PATH OF 1000 ACCOUNT FOLDERS IS NOT MENTIONED PROPERLY IN THE SVRINFO.INI IN ACCOUNT SERVER

D:\a3server219\ACCOUNT　に1000のフォルダを格納しているので、
SVRINFO.INIの設定は問題ありません。

EP3のクライアントの場合は、ログインが可能ですがキャラクターの表示が正しくありません。

EP5のクライアントの場合は、キャラクターの選択のところで表示されません。
また、新規登録も出来ません。

使用しているサーバーは、A3-219server.rarです。

The problem is not in the setting of SVRINFO.INI because it stores 1000 folders in D:\a3server219\ACCOUNT.

The display of the character is not correct for the client of EP3 though log in is possible.

It is not displayed for the client of EP5 in the selection of the character.
Moreover, the new registration cannot be done.

The server used is A3-219server.rar.

Bro, no display or unable to create new character problem comes if the account server doesn't get proper access to ASD Database or the 1000 folders...

Check if your ODBC connection are proper...

全ての設定は問題ないと思います。
私はクライアントに問題があると思います。
日本独自のクライアントです。

クライアントで修正箇所がありましたら教えてください。

So, Hex it and see to what is packer program ?
