I believe you are able to advertise hosting services, but we live by sharing for free, so your offer may not be allowed because of the cost.

More like not anywhere on this site. The only thing you can advertise here is free private servers in the designated area. If you advertise anything that makes you money then you will be infracted and possibly banned from the forum.
