You must put your WAN ip in AddrForClient= line at WorldSvr_24_01.

So, if you launch your server only for you (in the lan) put your CentOS lan ip everywhere. if you make online server, type the wan. the AddrForClient thats what affect on the whisper, buddylist, and guild. when its wrong, the whisper dont work, buddylist, and guilds.
