About LSELL add item (ID) !!!!

for the LSELL i coudnt find the npc 29
its all start 3 dig
but the npc that i want to add item in is ID 29

or am i wrong

i want to add item to [Armor Merchant] Saki ,in map 2, junno city.
if the id that i have is not 29. then wats the id of [Armor Merchant] Saki?

For future reference, finding the NPC isn't just trying to find their ID. You must use cross referencing and inductions to figure out what string is which NPC. There are guides around the internet, if you look good it should be somewhere around. Sorry I can't specify where exactly to look but it's out there.
