about quests

when i killed 1 mob that i need for quest it wount counter

That's not it, the quests don't match the client that's all.

But, if it made a new quest for kill mob or boss, he need put the quest id in RelatedTask column in the lines of the mobs/bosses in npc.csv or it will count when kill they...
But, as i no know if this is the real problem of he, your answer can be true
