Account Refused/Rejected from Server

"Hey I found out the problem see the thing is I couldn't update RO but in the eternity ROs file I actually could when it updated I was able to connect to my server with a account I hope this helps anyone else out."

I have a problem with my server, I had it from awhile back so I transfered it to this new computer and started to reput mysql and everything. I setup the server completely fine with no errors and everytime I try to connect it says on Logserv-sql. " Charserv eAthena authentification of account 1 refused and it shows my lan IP" So I used a entire other server file and that has the same issues. I have Raganarok 1210 and Sakray 910 I can't update those for some reason but since that wasn't working I downloaded eternity ROs folder and tried that and I still get the same issue. I'm hosting off a Linksys router I fowarded all the ports I tried making the IPs Lan and Wan and still get this issue I even double clicked the IPBan thing and no IPs apparently are banned. So can someone help me with this problem? I was able to do this kinda stuff on my last computer.
