Adding clothing .

Ok i noticed this is a really easy thing, but idk why im being soo nubby, i'm having trouble, i have searched and couldnt find anything so yah i ask for help
could anyone tell me how to add clothes , i knw it's either in man or woman based on which gender it's for , also to zitem , and to shop.xml.
if anyone could post a short guide or alil explanation , ill be grateful

Put the female clothes in woman.mrs

then code them into the system.mrs and put in shop if wanted >.<
