Adding Custom Objects - need help

Hello, I've been playing on my friends Private server for a bit now. The server is a strong small community, but we where wanting to add a Guild House to our server.

I downloaded Milkshape 3d and another program that is able to convert to many types of formats.

This is as far as I got, for, I don't know to what format to save the object(house) and where to place it inside the Database.

Can anyone help me?

if i am not mistaken it should be .wmo format or you could set it up as a patch like Devfreak did for his WoWNUDE patch
