Adding Oro with mobs into Arcturus

I've added the planet maps, but I just can't get those damn NPCs and mobs to spawn. I'm using the ruff client, with a few modifications.

I have no clue how to get the NPCs to appear, so if someone would kindly show me how...

ifo editing

get a ifo editor
open the ifo for the map
add npc information

Um Buzz he will need to add the new mobs such as chr files zsc files stb files, Bla bla bla.

Yeah, I figured that out after 10 minutes of posting this thread >_>.
