ahs3 how do i install?

hi i try to install AHS3 i got the installer and i write " I have read this text" its go in i browse my main server and i do patch it and it write:
"Try to open server..
Check for if it's right server..
Your server-files are not compatible"
why? i even tried with clean mine svrt any help?
