I test it on 7.7 and its working fine but there is a catch you need older 7.7 GlobalVersion=290
here is a tut for you to get older releases if it is on steam so i search the steamDB and found it is from

you can test it on GAmez or Not just change the cc on gameserver and on launcher

make sure there is no other sql server running and try again

For that you don't need to use Win Server 2008 R2 and Java 1.8, you need to use Mysql, JDK 1.7 and Navicat Premium.

I prefer to use this server with separate Sqls, this will prevent some problems...

ok this is stand alone repack its has database so you dont need to install mysql if you want to use it just as i told you before stop the other mysql service from running and then run this repack

open your Task Manager and stop mysql5 or mysql* then start the repack check the video on op last min

EDIT: This Sql has the fix account_data for you to create accounts automatically

Don't forget to configure in LoginServer\config\network...

# Create accounts automatically or not?
loginserver.accounts.autocreate = false for (true)
