Try telling people that it is WORK IN PROGRESS FILES YOU ARE RELEASING.

it is far from complete and bugg free. Aybss quests bugged , ingison quests bugged, many NPC bugged many portals bugged.

dont say 100 % tested when the source is still being worked on and very far from complete.

its just a complie of work in progres files.

yes it will run BUT all be warned IT IS NOT FINAL RELEASE.

hello guys.

ok let me try to explain to you all . the original source files were not complete.

many people got acsess to them. a few people made groups and started to develope a server, you have all seen the different groups post here on ragezone.

a few groups joined each other, but as usual due to disagreaments they all failed and stopped working.

Danny at the moment appears to be the only one who is trying to help the whole community,

the joint effort by aionx and extreme has collapsed .

the rev 124 is a early version of a 2.5 server, the last rev being rev 148 which is totaly bollixed up.

extreme are only working as closed source now and by the look of things working to 2.6.
ive no idea what aionx are going to do as there has been no comments from them.

all versions of 2.5 server files out there are incomplete, unless you have acsess to source files to continue developing your selfs you are all stuck with whats already on offer.

my advice to you all..... FOLLOW Dannys prodject, as its the only one stll being developed.

I'm developer from Aion X Extreme 2.5 and we closed the project because of some problems!

So, no commits will be make for now on open source.

read the thread dude.
there is no final release of any server files.....

prodjects are now DEAD extreme now working in closed source for 2.6.

2.5 is dead like its previous version 2.1.0.9.

you want a 2.5 server follow dannys release its the ony one being worked on.

@rational: yes you can login, I didn't test anything (except 2.5 graphic futures but that's client side... and some new armors to see if they were in db) so I don't know any of bugs or stability issues.
