The giant effect in the centre of the canvas just looks out place. also the clipping mask kyle was on about dose also.

Thanks Alex. I really want that effect in the middle because thats her main focus. can you suggest any ways that i can take the focus off the peice and on her but still have that peice in the sig?

I like the pic, but It just looks like you copied & pasted right from an anime episode. Try making the border go all the away around. How long did you spend on this? no offense but it doesn't look like very long

Render and c4ds. 21 layers. about an hour and 30 minutes.
