ANTRIX Adding weapons stats

ok i have a stable antrix server which is running public without hamachi. when i create a weapon on wow-v/weaponcreator i save it then go to navicat and execute it. That works fine but then i restart my server and logon and when i add the weapon all the stats are wrong. please help guys i hope you know what is wrong.
