[Antrix] Cant get through Dark portal

I cant cet through Dark Portal on mine private server. Where i can change account properties so that i "have" access to tbc contnent?

I looked into accounts table but there are only columns: login password gm flags banned lastlogin lastip

flags should be 8 (for expansion)
