[Antrix] No NPC's anywhere plz help....

hi the problem i have is with project Silvermoon Antrix Database ok i added the db sql file no probs there loaded up the server made a new character and logged in but when i finally got online i started in firstly in the caverns of time in a custom area and there are no npc's anywhere not a single mob or vendor, plz help me ...... any assistance would be great.

i use the following apps and utilities:
Wamp5 Server, Ascent Core Rev. 1662, Project Silvermoon Beta Rev.1 And lastly Sqlyog v6 enterprise edition.

there are sql updates for the db you must execute.
i have all for revisions 1452 and newer.
