[antrix problem]

People help i have big problem:

i tried to search in forum ,but without result... can you say how to fix problem...
P.S. i know if i change LogonServer1.Address = "62.85.16.248" to LogonServer1.Address = "127.0.0.1" there will be no error , but if i change it other people can't connect to my server...
