Antrix Vs. Mangos

I would probably say Antrix.... But MaNGOS is good aswell, I don't see any "Bad" things about MaNGOS, I only think that Antrix is more stabler then MaNGOS.

Definelty mangos
Tho antrix is more stable you don't have much when you login. I mean i use private servers to test some stuff out etc, look at new weapons etcetc. There is way more available with mangos ( atm )

But, I choose antrix. More stable. Almost as good as mangos development wise, they always update.

Thets why i love it more.. its more stable, i run a server 24/7 and the crashes are not very very funny... if he reset himself with more then 200 players its hard for my server to restart (Got tons of logins in a minut if the server have rebooted!)

I think there are more updates at this moment for antrix then for mangos...

well antrix has more fitures than mangos more stability.The biggest minus is that the database isn't good as the emu itself but it's not bad.For example i can't go in the kelthuzar chamber becouse of a world port mising

i vote mangos. Decent uptime (24 hours with 50-100 players online). alot more stuff working than antrix... plus the db's currently developed for it are a whole lot better.

There are 3 things that make a server what it is:
1) The core
2) The database
3) The administrator

Knowing this, I believe that both mangos and antrix are quite exceptional in their respective areas.

Since both databases are SQL based, it will take little time before they are equalized, so do not take database in comparison.

I Like Antrix because it's more stable and allows you to choose which builds can connect (without having to compile it yourself). But I'd prefer MaNGOS because it has all the nice stuff (Minimanager, Zynaga's Web Interface, and Silvermoon DB). When these get rewritten (or people create new ones) for Antrix I would completely forget about MaNGOS

I wonder which is going to disappear since the SDB site is hacked and down for a long time. Eventhough some persons with good intentions try to make their sdb res site but that will cause more falling apart of the mangos sdb society....my 2 cents

I didnt vote but if its pure for the core i would go for antrix, still its an insane idea to build a core related to sql. Thats why i didnt vote.

Maybe I liked wowemu too much.

well i love mangos not sure why i simply love it.don't know anything about antrix though have many friends developers or simply ppl who have a "private" emu and they sed mangos rox anyway mangos have my vote.

If someone could tell me where to get the latest working version of Mangos and the Latest (Rev6?) version of the database, maybe I could say. It look slike it has more content, but damn when you go to download it its like 3 or 4 links, big full page messy post of all these little pieces and patches, what a mess. How about a core DL with all the patches ADDED and the newest DB.. Two links, One sentance.

Magos have more creators, but antrix with less did much better work. Much more everything work, spawned outlands. Just I can't understand reason why Mangos is still using.

Antrix > Mangos because Antrix is updated as soon as Blizzads releases new patches, but in Mangos you have things like AQ/Naxx you can't test in Antrix.
