Arcturus and BrainCMS - Connection to client error

Hello i'm currently running arcturus and braincms, when I try to connect to the client it sticks at 76% and these errors pop up within the console. If you could help that would be much helpful

You are missing ranks in your permissions table. The rank for the user that you login with does not exist.
