[Ascent] ascent.exe

Alright, I followed the Ascent guide to the letter, I've had experience editing config's and such before, and I'm fairly positive that they're edited correctly. However, I'm unclear how to actually "run" my server once everything is setup? Do I just start all three exe's (ascent, logonserver, and voicechat)? 'Cause ascent.exe errors when I try and load it... Here is a screenshot:

Yes, You run the "Exe's" for Logonserver and Ascent. Havent tried out voicechat myself.

Thank you (does it matter which I run first)?, anyone know whats causing the ascent.exe error?

I usually start logonserver, Then ascent right after. Fairly new to ascent myself, Not quite sure what the error is.

Well, at least I know logonserver.exe works, I can login in WoW, there just aren't any servers shown because ascent.exe won't work.

Btw, I forgot to mention, it crashes right away, closes the window without an option, I just caught it with the screenshot.

BUMP/EDIT:

I've read around on all the sites I can find guides at via Google, and this problem doesn't seem very known? Anyone have any ideas on whats causing ascent.exe to error?

Also, I'm just wondering how well my server will run this stuff... I'm using a 266 MHz Pentium 2, 384 MB ram, 100 mbps PCI Ethernet card on a 100 mbps wired router, which is on a 5 mbps download/512 kbps upload ISP connection.
