[ASCENT]How to make your server TBC Ascent

I got my server up and running and I'm able to log in but I cant choose BloodElf or the other class for Alliance which I'm guessing is because TBC is disabled. I found in the config where it says: AllowTBC = "1" which I thought would mean its enabled. I also have TBC installed on my comp because I've played a private server and was able to play TBC.

Does anyone know if I need to do something else to enable TBC?
