[Ascent] Modify & Apply Database changes in real time?

Is there a program that can be run server side that changes info (player levels, player locations, their items) without the player logging out or reloading the server?

(I didn't know the world to discribe editing something and having it applied in the instant, sorry)

Yes, I need to know this as well. My webhost is a pain in the freaking ass and gets tired of me asking to restart the server. I need a way to apply SQL updates in real-time.

Speaking of SQL updates, how do I apply them =P
If i try using the SQL Restore From Dumb option, I get an error. Am I doing it right?

To apply changes that wer made 2 a Certain table ... just use the ingame command .reload *table* or if ur server auto restarts u can use the alternative of using .serverrestart
