[Ascent] No Characters.. Help please

Hi, This is just a copy of a previous post i made. I forgot to include [Ascent] in the title. I just realized that i needed it. Sorry first post. Ok well when i log on it doesnt show any of the characters that I have made. I know that it created them bcuz it shows them on my server files and because i cant use the name again. I really dont know where to start i restarted everything and i looked through all my conf files but i cant find any thing that might fix this. If anyone knows what i can do please reply.
