[Ascent] None of my commands works to use

Greetings, I have a problem with my server.. Iv'e puted in az as my GM level, But When I login and try to use my commands and so on, They only appear as messages, like an completely non GM account. What Should I do with this ?

I am using Ascent - 4157

I'm using 5.0, And no i did not compile my own.
