Ascent Problems: Invalid format in creature_proto

Ok so im trying to use the newest cores of ascent, right now im trying to use ascent rev. 1141 and whenever I start up ascent.exe it loads for a little bit and then when its loading stuff in storage it says "E Storage: Invalid format in creature_proto <40/36>, not enough data to proceed." By the way this error means that none of the creatures spawn, so why is it telling me this and how can i fix it because i would like to use the newest cores. Thanks
