[Ascent] Server crashing after 1 minute

I'm not sure what exactly is causing this. All files and such are configured correctly. I load up Ascent (Rev 2110) with NCDB Rev 593 (All updates) and Ascent closes after about 1 minute. I remember someone else having this same problem but can't remember where I saw it.

Edit: It must be the compile for 2110 because 2104 works fine.

is it because of ping timeout that it was crashing?

my server keeps crashing randomly saying that connection was dropped on ascent.exe, and on logon.exe it says it was dropped because ping timeout.
