umm how would i change the commands so that the AGM would only have a handfull of commands? would it be like

[LEVELS]

So i would change like the 299 to like 298 and set the players character level to 298? so they would be able to acess everything 298 but not 299?:sq_yellow

Set the Assistant GM to Access level 200 and change all the commands for him to 199

when i change it to 199 would that effect the GM's like myself our commands? I wouldnt think so right? cuz we're 300?

Yes, an character's access level includes everything lower then it. GMs (300) can use any command from 1-300. Your AGM (200) would be able to use 1-200, or whatever level you set him at.
