Auth Login Proplem

Hello , Today i have Reinstalled my windows and after i setup my SQL 2005 Server and setup the ODBC Setting i opened the AuthSvr and i got this login form i tried to enter the SQL password but each it it returns back and doesnt want to say server ready on port ..... So Any ideas
N.B ( i am using windows vista 32 bit , and i also reinstalled SQL server for 4 times and also restup the ODBC Setting )
