Auto restarter if server crashes.

I think its Echos, i had it but deleted it and now the download link dont work

If it is that can someone give me a link to DL it and possible a setup guide if it aint that easy.

Are there any guids on how it works ect. I just leave it running with it being connected to server?

I try and do that Startup server button on it and give it a Path but it just crashes down.
