Avalon

So I have a few friends in a Metal band called Avalon. The lead solo guitarist is Rob, and the drummer is Shawn.

They're a mix between Gamma Ray, and Blind Guardian. I love them, they sound a million times better live then they do on recording. But anyway I'll let you guys take a listen.

I'm actually in the back up vocals for, "Let your spirit soar." Everything is a bit ruff yet, I just finished recording these demos a few weeks ago.

Can't wait to pump out final cus.

They have a great sound, and I'm not that big on metal.

Instruments are great but vocals could be better imo. The guys got a great voice but i dunno there just something wrong there.

Nice music, Vocals need some work - needs more... how to put it... power in it, a little more balls. Also a needs to work on singing the exact notes (He has a few slip ups here and there).

Don't get me wrong, their vocals dude got great potential, I can hear that, but he's gotta realize that potential, and then it'll be really great. I'm not complaining about the sound quality, but with the proper mixing and mastering, I think they can reach a greater level.

Given the option that they will improve the above, they really can be one of the best power metal bands out there.

but nice band
