I really like this site. Anything that is an executable (.exe) can be scanned with this service (free) and will have a very deep analysis done on it.

How much time does it take to scan, we'll say a 5mb exe file?

Took me about 5 minutes to scan a 8mb sample.
This is only because there are people waiting for reports also (file sharing sites use it to get rid of any harmful content).
