BBC page frequently reloads on Mac

I tried this on Safari and on Google. I cleared cache and cookies and issue still came back.

I then went onto another device and all is fine.

Will this be because cookies or ads are blocked ?

But I only faced the issue on one device. I tried my Win 10 device and all good. It's only happening on a macbook.
