because the ips arent set for the map in the \bin\config\rmServer.ini file uncomment the ; for the map #

if it's map 143 it's cus it's listed twice in RMSrvScript.ini

If you put ; in front of a command, it will not be executed. Delete the ; and it will be run. Putting ; is called commenting because it's handy when you want to enter notes in the files about what they do.

Check to make sure all the map entries in your rm.ini have a unique port assignment.. this is likley the cause of your issue based on what you say is going on
