Believe thats the "evolved" form of the little dragon you get when you make a brand new char, it was just never used in game. Not quite sure how you would go about implementing it trigger for level 110+

I got the bird once after aging over +12 or so. After logging out however, the bigbirdy was gone forever .

As far i know KPT has it. They gives to players who are playing at sponsored cyber cafes. It gives +50% XP.

Well then you would have to find out what trigger in the character file allows the dragon.
