The server is running just fine please help

Now you got me, I used the forum tutorial to setup my server and client. For the API, I don't even know what it is, but you can ask jenose or sunlive cause they have a working API.

all the server's run fine i can see my server when i am at the login screen but when i go into it i either get connection expired when my launcher.bat is set to and yes i did change my ip down below to mine
